The Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust (CTSCT) was established in 2009 following the success of the Home Safety Project which saw thousands of smoke alarms installed in Central Taranaki homes. The Trust employs a Community Safety Manager, Di and a Community Safety Officer Ann, together they co-ordinate Neighbourhood Support, Community Patrols and deliver multiple Safety Projects to the Central Taranaki community.
