About the event
We are very pleased to advise the date of our 2022 AGM and that this year we will be able to meet in person. (We will also provide a Zoom link for those who can’t make it to Wellington.)
This year three of the current NSNZ Board will complete their two-year term. (They are eligible for re-election.) Nominations are now called for those positions. To be eligible to stand for the Board you must be either an Individual Member or the nominated representative of a Full Member Organisation, and nominated and seconded by the nominated representatives of two Full Member Organisations. Please email info@neighbourhoodsupport.co.nz for full details about eligibility and what the role involves. Nominations must be received on the attached form by Friday 28 September.
Our District Representatives will also be completing their two year term this year. District Reps are selected by their own Districts and your current District Rep will ensure that this process is carried out over the next month.
We are also calling for any Remits or Notices of Motion. These must be received in writing by Friday 28 September and can be emailed to tess@neighbourhoodsupport.co.nz. No business will be taken from the floor.
The AGM agenda and papers will be sent out prior to the AGM to all those who RSVP. Please register by Wednesday 12 October by emailing your completed registration form to kelsey@neighbourhoodsupport.co.nz or clicking 'RSVP' below and entering your details.
